Live Camps

TIGHT BODY BOOT CAMP™ (TIGHT) now offers live camps!

Live camps provide an opportunity for like-minded individuals to come together and work as both a team, and individually, to bump physical fitness up a notch, or ten.

Check out TIGHT BODY BOOT CAMP's Blog for lots of great interesting, informative articles. Be sure to start with the articles "Athletes and Over-training" and "Over-Training vs Rhabdo" before beginning any fitness program.

Camps are currently being held in the Salt Lake City region, and are available in your area upon request. Contact us for arrangements and requirements.

Campers will have the opportunity to form groups of their own or join an existing group.

Camp will be held anywhere from 4 to 5 times per week, depending on the camper's choice.

Camps are mainly held outdoors, at various parks, schools, yards, etc. Occasionally, campers might be indoors due to weather conditions or similar circumstances.

TIGHT is currently looking to secure a permanent indoor location, and we will keep you posted on our progress.
